Thanks for checking out my Track Car listing! This track car is a one-of-a-kind, purpose-built racetrack car. I designed and built this entire car myself; I am a certified welder and a mechanical design engineer. Recently, my priorities have changed. I don’t have the time to finish her, and it’s time to give her a new home!

The drivetrain is a 2009 Yamaha R1 Crossplane motor with a Quaife chain drive ATB differential. It has no reverse, which most cycle cars don’t. Wilwood brakes all the way around. A Wilwood peddle set an NRG racing bucket, and much more. The chassis and suspension are all 4130 Chrome-Moly, so it’s very strong and lightweight. The body panels that are on the car are resin-infused carbon fiber. Although I didn’t finish the complete body, there may be something there for you to build on. If not, this has a pretty standard wheelbase, so you could remove the panels and add the body of your choice. This thing runs like a champ. I’ve never had it out of first gear, though, just a few test runs around the neighborhood.

Disclosures-

The rear will need to be replaced.

Drive sprocket should probably be changed to get a quicker acceleration from a stop.

Many of the Socket Head Cap Screws have a rusty surface as I originally built this in San Diego, where the ocean air is horrible on black oxide coatings.

The front nose section is only the outer skins; the inner ducting must be added to keep the nose section ridged. (If you use the existing body panels)
