I purchased this 1995 M3 partially built and finished it with an S54 from a 29k mile Z4M about a year and a half ago. In my first season of racing I managed to finish second at NASA East Coast Nationals in GTS2 as well as second regionally. Unfortunately I missed the first quarter of the season so it put me a little behind on car/driver development. Needless to say, it’s a competitive car and capable of further time improvement. GTS2 best lap time was 2:10.0 (Virtual 2:07.8)at VIR with 209whp. Clearly faster with the higher tune on the car today. Race video available upon request. Before the motor was installed the Dr. Vanos upgrade was done along with a valve adjustment and Epic rod bearings. Recently installed a new water pump and new alternator. Most of the main upgrades are listed below, but of course the list of remaining details is extensive. It would be well over $40k to duplicate this car. -Ground Control single adjustable suspension with 4-5 race weekends on the inserts -OEM Airbox with 280-290whp tune (Not maxed) -Updated safety equipment including 3 zone fire suppression, safety nets, and full 1.75x.095 cage. Seat harnesses expired in 2015 -Stoptech ST-40 BBK -Apex ARC8 17×9 wheels -AKG shifter -Full NASA/SCCA legal race cage (most of the roof is primered since 4 small holes had to be cut to complete a weld at the top of the cage bars. Seamless repair but just never got around to repainting) Can have the entire car painted about about $850 additional if desired.ย  -Jim Blanton built 3.64 diff -Turner front and rear swaybars -Spare DTC70 brake pads. Currently on the car is PFC 11 front and DTC70 rear -AJ Motorsports dive planes -EVO II Splitter -Brooks Motorsports Wing -Sparco ADV seat
