Built and raced by German tuner Holger Tapp – aka Turbo Tapp in the early to mid 1970’s and raced in Northern Europe and USA 1970’s and 1980’s. I do not have history or the logbook to document all races – but online search you can find vintage photos of this car in earlier boxed-fender incarnation as well as the present turbo flare setup with large taillights – stickers on the car for participation in NHRA World Finals in Ontario, CA – 1978 – 1981; and Sko-Uno festival Mantorp Sweden.
Motor #350487 I have not tried to start it up and do not know precise displacement; ZF 4-speed manual transmission. Twin Weber 48 DCOE. Other custom race equipment includes fiberglass hood and trunk; Roll bar; ‘drag-water’ and pump for burnout; interior adjustable boost & brake bias;
